60-Day Return Window

You have 60 calendar days from the date you receive your product to request a return and refund. After 60 days, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. All accessories, manuals, and original protective materials must be included. Items showing signs of use, assembly, or outdoor wear are not eligible.

Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and products damaged by misuse, accidents, or improper assembly are not refundable.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@doonausmall.com with your order number and the word RETURN in the subject line. You will receive a return authorization and shipping address within 2 business days. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refund Processing Time

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued in USD to your original payment method. If you have not seen the refund after 15 business days, contact your financial institution first, then reach out to us.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued for items missing original packaging or accessories, or for returns received after 60 days but before 75 days, subject to a fifteen percent restocking fee.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your Doona or Liki Trike arrives damaged, contact us immediately. You are eligible for a full refund or replacement with free return shipping.
